The Positively Hollis Post is a quarterly newspaper published the first week in March, June, September, and December. 3600 copies will be mailed to every household and business in Hollis free of charge. An additional 400 copies will be placed in select locations throughout the town. It’s the ONLY local town publication.

Contract and Payment Terms
Payment in full due six weeks prior to the issue publication. Multiple Ad buyers must pay full amount at time of first issue for discount. Checks should be made payable to The Positively Hollis LLC and mailed along with this space reservation form to: Positively Hollis, 5 Broad Street, Hollis NH 03049-6116.
Online payment is available with additional service fee.
File Attachments
Individual files cannot exceed 10 MB. If multiple files are uploaded the total cannot exceed 15 MB. Files may also be emailed to phpostads@gmail.com.
Ad Policies
Ad Creation and Confirmation
We are pleased to offer complimentary design services for your first advertisement. Any subsequent changes to the ad design will incur a design fee, with rates available upon request. Before each issue, advertisers will receive an email to confirm their ad design; if no confirmation is received, the ad on file will be published.
Advertiser Responsibility
Advertiser assumes liability for all ad content and final proofreading. Advertiser assumes responsibility for any claims made against the Hollis Post (Positively Hollis LLC) (and its agents) and agrees to indemnify Positively Hollis LLC (and its agents) against any expense or loss suffered by reason of such claim. Positively Hollis LLC is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the advertising rate sheets.
